Are you one of those that makes New Year's resolutions?

I was looking into some interesting statistics over the weekend about New Year's resolutions and found that age seems to make a difference.  According to statisticbrain.com: 39% of people in their 20's (on average) achieve their resolution each year whil only 14% of people over 50 achieve their resolution goals.

Also, the largest percentage of resolutions revolves around self improvement and education, with 47% of people making those resolutions.  The next two in succession are weight loss and improving money issues.  After that is relationship issues.

If you ARE a resolution-er but still need some motivation, try these on and see if they "fit"!  Mashable.com put together some pictures as motivation for starting and achieving your goals!

The first one was for the Resolution to Run:

The next one was having a vision board:

You can see all the pictures here.

Whether or not you make (and keep) New Year's resolutions, I want to wish you a wonderful year!  May the best of 2013 be the worst of your 2014!
